Common questions
How do I delete our data? Open the app, tap the parent area, enter your PIN, then Settings → Delete account. This erases the parent account, every child profile, all transcripts and any stored voice recordings. It cannot be undone.
How do I cancel the subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
I forgot the parent PIN. Tap Forgot PIN on the PIN screen. We email a reset link to the parent account address, which lets you set a new PIN. The link goes to the parent’s inbox on purpose — it is what stops a child from clearing the gate.
